The goal was to create a seamless, user-friendly interface that simplifies the gifting process and enhances the website’s overall user experience, aligning with the brand’s values of compassion, ease, and trust.

To better understand user needs, we conducted:
72% of users wanted to see clear session pricing and therapist availability upfront. Many expressed frustration with the multi-step booking process, which felt cumbersome and time-consuming.
